What Define, Design, Drive means for your project

The three steps every PrimePath system follows, and what you get at each one.

[TBC: draft outline: full article to be written and reviewed before publishing]

Every system PrimePath builds follows the same three steps. Here is what each one means for you, and what you get before we move on.

Define

We study your operations on site: who does what, where money and information flow, where things break. You get a clear picture of the problem before any code is written.

Design

We map the system around your workflows: screens, reports, approvals, and integrations with payment and government platforms. You approve it before we build.

Drive

We build, launch and train your team, then stay with you to support, improve and scale the system as you grow.

Why this order matters

Systems often go wrong when they are built around assumptions instead of real work. Starting on site, and agreeing the design before building, keeps the system grounded in how your organisation actually works.
